Violent elements attempting to fan ethnic riots in Karachi: Shahi Syed

 KARACHI: President Awami National Party Sindh Shahi Syed has said that some internal and external elements are attempting to trigger ethnic violence in Karachi for attainment of their ulterior motives.

In a statement issued here at Bacha Khan Center, Shahi Syed said the Keamari incident which took place the other day was regrettable and termed it a pre-planned conspiracy. “ANP condemns this incident in strongest terms,” he added.

He appealed to the people of Karachi not to be misguided by these elements and keep a vigilant eye on these anti-state elements.
