The following two lines have acquired popularity and relevance in recent times:
Agar yunhi likhi gaeen adawaton Fehmida Riaz developed a profound interest in the arts, particularly poetry, from a very tender age, which is why it didn’t take many people by surprise when her first collection of poems Pathar Ki Zaban hit the newsstands when she was 22 years old. In fact her very first nazm was published in a known literary magazine Funoon when she was just 15. Fehmida’s poetry is marked by fundamental human feelings and political consciousness.
