Kashmir longest dispute on planet: Guinness book ISLAMABAD: The Kashmir dispute is now registered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest militarised territorial dispute currently on the planet. The Guinness Book of World Records used the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) world fact book to name Kashmir as the “world’s largest militarised territorial dispute”. According to Kashmir Media Service, on page 137 of chapter “Wars” of the latest edition of the record book, under the heading “Largest militarised territorial dispute”, it is written: “According to the CIA fact book, the dispute between China, India and Pakistan for Kashmir region is the largest and most militarised dispute.” app
